3. The raw material of baby wipes should be spunlaced non-woven fabric (also known as non-woven fabric). Spunlace refers to a non-woven fabric forming process, as well as hot air, hot rolling and other processes, but baby wipes are generally better than spunlace. Spunlaced non-woven fabrics used for baby wipes are mainly composed of viscose (natural fiber mainly cotton) and polyester (chemical fiber). Usually there are 3:7 ratio, 5:5 ratio and 7:3 ratio, which refers to the content ratio of viscose and polyester. A ratio of 3:7 means 30% viscose and 70% polyester. The 7:3 ratio means 70% viscose and 30% polyester. The higher the viscose content, the better the quality, but the higher the cost and price. The higher the viscose content, the softer and more absorbent it is.
4. High-quality baby wipes are white and free of impurities. The raw materials of inferior wet wipes are very poor, and obvious impurities can be seen on them. High-quality wet wipes will not have obvious fluffing during use, while inferior wet wipes will have obvious fluffing during use.
5. The fewer ingredients in baby wipes, the better. The more ingredients there are, the higher the potential risk.
